Impeccably clean and well-maintained apartment with stunning sea views. Spacious enough for a group of four. Conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance to the Old Town. Peaceful ambiance in a residential area. Enjoyed the pool area, although we didn't use it.

We had an excellent stay in Benidorm just next door to Old Town and Spain. We thoroughly enjoyed its views of the sea. The location was magnificent and great, not too far away from Placa del Castell: )

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness was next level, with pristine white sheets and duvets that felt super luxurious. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and the big shower and abundance of hot water were a delightful surprise. The location was top-notch, just a short walk away from the beach and an easy stroll into the Old Town. The pool area was fantastic, and the gardens were immaculately maintained. It was so nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We couldn't have asked for more!

We had a fantastic stay at El Olivar. the apartment was incredibly clean, especially the crisp white sheets and duvet on the bed. the sea views from the apartment were excellent, and the location was perfect for easy access to the beach. the apartment offered plenty of room for our group of four, and we were impressed with how well maintained the gardens and pool area were. Being residential apartments, it was nice and quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: No kettle ☹️. Limited kitchen facilities.

The location is great, with easy flat walk into the Old Town. The view from the apartment is excellent, overlooking the sea. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with a nice big shower and plenty of hot water.

Some minor issues with the facilities, such as a missing electric kettle, chipped cups and plates, and a broken blind in the bedroom.

The apartment at El Olivar was amazing! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the bed linen and towels provided were so soft and comfortable. The flat-screen TV in the living room was a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals. And the balcony with pool views was a nice touch, we enjoyed sipping our morning coffee there.

The only thing I didn't love was that there was only one bathroom. But it's just my personal preference, others might not mind.

I always return to this amazing place in Benidorm. The staff gave me great tips for local taxis. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, AC, flat-screen TV. On top of that, I can enjoy the pool, tennis court, and beach access. I'll be back for Christmas!

We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the big shower with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and an easy flat stroll to the Old Town. The pool was also a great feature, and we enjoyed using it. we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.
